Pricing Guide

Our pricing is broken down into 3 main elements:

1. Plain Garment Cost

This is the price you pay for the garment without any print or embroidery.

The more garments you order, the less you will pay per garment.

You’ll see the prices broken down into a quantity break structure as follows: 1, 2-9, 10-34, 35-99, 100-249, 250-499, 500-999+

Note that you can order any combination of garments, colours and sizes and the total number of all of these is the price quantity break that you will be eligible for.

2. Personalisation Charge

This is the cost of applying either the printed or embroidered design to the garment.

The personalisation element of the unit price is added separately to the Plain garment price.

So, if you order, for example, a single garment with 2 printed logos in 2 positions, there will be 2 x print application charges. These will be added as additional surcharges to the 1-6 quantity break plain price for that single garment.

(All prices are excluding VAT).

*In the case of print, we'll use either screen print, transfer print or direct-to-garment print at our discretion to achieve the best result for your needs.

*A high stitch count surcharge will be levied against any embroidery design over 25,000 stitches.

If the high stitch count surcharge is not applied automatically we'll contact you for additional payment as there is significant cost for us to embroider designs with a large number of stitches due to the increased time it takes to run on our machines.

Please note that we will not embroider designs with more than 80,000 stitches.

The quantity break that the personalised element of your pricing is eligible for is determined by how many garments have the same design applied to them.

If you order has, for example, 20 garments embroidered with LOGO A, and 60 with LOGO B, you will pay the separate quantity break customisation price for those 2 logo applications.

So, for LOGO A you will pay the 10-34 price and for LOGO B you will pay the 35-99 price (i.e. 20 x £3.50 + 60 x £2.50).

If you order the same 80 garments all embroidered with just LOGO A then you will pay the customisation price for the quantity break 50-99 (i.e. 80 x £2.50).

3. Setup Charges

These are setup charges for your design and are therefore only payable on your first order only. When you log in and select your design for repeat orders, you will not be re-charged the setup fees.

Printed Design/Logo Setup - £5.00
This covers the time and expertise in converting the file you send us into a format whereby we can print it onto a garment.

Embroidered Design/logo Setup - £15.00
This covers the time and expertise in converting the file you send us into a format that can be run on our embroidery machines. It also covers the time and expense of running the swatch that we send to you for approval.

Printed Text - £3.00
This covers the cost of creating the artwork for the printed text that you create online.

Embroidered Text - £5.00
This covers the cost of creating the artwork for the embroidered text that you create online.

Additional Checkout Option

You can select any of these options on your basket screen before you Go To Checkout:

Individual Bagging - £0.15 per garment
We’ll pack each garment individually in its own polyurethane bag. If you don’t choose this option, your garments will be folded into bundles and bagged together.

Names & Numbers - £3 for either a name or a number OR £5 for both a name and a number
Select this option to add individual names and/or numbers to the back of your garments – great for Sports Teams or Stag and Hen do’s.

 Artwork Guidelines

Customisation Tool Garment Visual

The garment visual displayed in the customisation tool is for illustrative purposes only and may not show a true likeness to the specific garment you have selected for purchase. For example, you may be presented with a generic image of a red jacket with your logo on rather than the specific softshell jacket in dark red that you are purchasing.

Proofing

It is important to remember that we will not print or embroider any garments before they have been proofed by email and then approved by you. We have an experienced team who will check your order and flag any potential issues – if we have any questions whatsoever we’ll be in touch. If everything looks fine, we’ll still send you an artwork proof via email for you to sign off before we proceed with production.

File Types We Can Accept

We can accept the following file types up to a maximum of 50Mb.
Jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, gif, tif, tiff, svg, pdf, ai, eps, ps, psd

Artwork Quality / Resolution

As a general rule, you should try to upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo/design that you have. If we feel that what you’ve supplied is going to produce a poor quality result, we’ll contact you to discuss how best to proceed.

Removing Image Backgrounds

Many file types such as png and eps support image transparencies. If you have a background that needs to be removed it is best to use one of these formats.

For the sake of clarity, when you upload a new image there is a tick box called ‘Remove background from my image when Printed / Embroidered’. If you select this then our artwork team will know that you do not wish the background displayed on your artwork to be printed or embroidered.

Maximum Dimensions for Embroidery and Print

The maximum width for embroidery is 25cm and the maximum width for print is 30cm although this is dependent on the position of the customisation and the size of the garment. The height of your logo will be scaled according to the width you select.

Colours

Embroidery thread colours are matched using Madeira’s pantone chart matching system to guarantee that we find the closest matching thread colour for your design.

If you wish for a particular pantone colour to be used for your printed design, it is important that you specify these when placing your order.
